Top 500 Women in Business is a global interview, media and live conversation project created to help the right people discover the woman behind the business and the expertise she is ready to share.
Your visibility can continue until 1 September 2028.
Take part in a guided conversation built around one story, one powerful idea and one practical action. Your interview will be published on the Top Women in Business podcast and YouTube channel, helping people connect with both your journey and your work.
Share a focused masterclass alongside a genuinely useful gift so our audience can learn from you and continue the relationship. Your gift can help you grow your email list, nurture new connections and guide interested women towards the next relevant way to work with you.
Join selected women for a live conversation where you can share your perspective, respond to audience questions and contribute your expertise. Three roundtables will run across global time zones each day, five days per week for ten days, and will be streamed across Facebook communities, profiles and YouTube.
Your participation is designed to create more than one moment of attention. Your interview, expertise and speaker presence can remain visible through the project until 1 September 2028.
You will also be invited to two support calls each month, where our mentors can help you strengthen your presentation, communicate your value and learn how to turn stage visibility into meaningful conversations, opportunities and potential sales.

We are not selecting women because they have the biggest audience or the largest email list. We are looking for women with the courage to step forward, speak honestly and use their experience to inspire and empower others.

When you join Top 500 Women in Business, you enter a room designed to help you build relationships, strengthen the way you present your expertise and turn visibility into meaningful business opportunities. Open each section to see what happens beyond the stage.
You are not entering the project alone. You will be surrounded by 499 other women who may become collaborators, referral partners, clients, supporters or the beginning of your next opportunity. The room is designed to encourage introductions and collaboration, not competition.
Join one practical training session every month focused on helping you communicate your value, present your expertise with confidence and turn visibility into conversations, leads and ethical sales opportunities.
Join one dedicated networking event each month where you can meet other women from the project, learn what they do and identify opportunities for referrals, joint ventures, partnerships and continued support.
Learn how to shape your 30-minute masterclass into a clear, engaging and valuable presentation. We will help you structure your teaching, hold attention and introduce a relevant next step into your world without turning your session into a hard sales pitch.
Learn how to build a simple gift page that communicates the value of your free resource and encourages visitors to join your email list. The training will be built around a 40–50% conversion target, with guidance on your headline, offer, form and follow-up experience.
Accepted speakers can apply for a personal referral link and earn 50% commission from eligible speaker participation fees successfully paid through that link. This gives you an additional opportunity to recover your investment and earn while helping the right women enter the room.
Conversion rates, referrals, leads and sales are not guaranteed. Results depend on your audience, offer, implementation and follow-up. Referral commissions are subject to the project’s affiliate terms and successful payment of the referred speaker’s eligible participation fee.
The live global experience
The roundtables are live—not prerecorded presentations. You will join other selected women for a guided conversation where your experience, ideas and perspective become part of the discussion.
Your interview, speaker content and project visibility continue beyond the live summit, with your expert presence promoted through 1 September 2028.
Target audience and potential reach
The project is designed for B2B and B2C female entrepreneurs—from women preparing to start, to founders building their first years in business online or through brick-and-mortar companies.
Planned promotion across established private Facebook business communities with a combined audience exceeding one million members.
Advertising campaigns planned to introduce the project, its interviews and live conversations to relevant female entrepreneurs.
Participating women extend the campaign through their email lists, social platforms and professional communities.
Reach figures describe estimated potential audience exposure based on available community sizes, planned advertising and collective speaker promotion. Individual views, leads, registrations, clients and sales are not guaranteed, and actual results may vary.
The speaker selection process

If your submission looks aligned, you may be invited to a short conversation to explore your fit and answer your questions.
If selected, you receive the full participation information and can decide whether to secure your place before onboarding begins.

Meet the Founder
I am Andreea Sandu, founder of Top Women in Business, business strategist and event organiser.
Since 2023, I have produced and cohosted six online summits, created 267 speaker opportunities and attracted more than 14,700 registrations.
I have built businesses, rebuilt my life and changed industries. I learned that the story behind the woman is often more powerful than the strategy everyone sees from the outside.
Too many brilliant women are waiting to be discovered. We are not waiting anymore. We are building the platform, the room and the relationships ourselves.

Before You Apply
No. There is no fee to apply. Every application is reviewed for story, fit and alignment.
Only accepted women are invited to pay the £197 participation fee. You can pay in full or choose from the available two, three or four-payment plans.
No. Payment does not buy recognition, ranking, an award or acceptance.
Applications are reviewed first for story, fit and alignment. No payment is requested before selection.
The participation fee contributes to the administration, coordination, production and delivery of your complete speaker experience.
This includes your interview, live global roundtable, promotional assets, speaker community and campaign coordination.
No. You do not need to be famous, have a huge following or run a six-figure business.
You must be actively building a business, brand, mission or body of work and have an active email list of at least 100 people.
If accepted, you have 24 hours to secure your place, sign your agreement and choose your payment option.
Your interview remains available evergreen. Roundtable replays and gifts remain available until 1 September 2027.
The project can create opportunities for clients, collaborations, partnerships, introductions and referrals, but individual results cannot be guaranteed.
You can also receive 50% commission from eligible speaker participation fees referred through your personal referral link.
Once your place is secured, production, administration and campaign resources are allocated to your participation.
Participation fees are therefore non-refundable and non-transferable if you later decide to withdraw.
