Why I created this room
Connections have never been “nice to have” in my business.
They have been a lifeline.
During COVID, when businesses everywhere were closed, the right connection led to the referral that helped me get the licence I needed to keep working. A connection room helped me generate more than £230,000 in one year.
The right relationships helped me collaborate with Elena Cardone and Kathleen Cameron. They helped me organise one of my biggest events in 2024. Again and again, the opportunity arrived through a person not an algorithm.

Meet the founder
Hi, I’m Andreea.
I’m a business strategist, event organiser and founder of Top Women in Business. I help coaches and service providers create A Scalable Group Offer and turn visibility, collaboration and the right connections into real business opportunities.
I created The £1 Million Connections Room because I know first-hand that one relationship can change the direction of an entire business.
Something I’m proud of
In my early twenties, I helped grow a company from seven people to 500. It taught me very early that no business grows alone, it grows through people.

Is this another networking event?
No. Traditional networking often ends after the introductions. The £1 Million Connections Room is facilitated around one business goal, relevant connections and clear next steps that move something forward.
Can I promote my business?
Yes. Members can share their work, offers and expertise inside the community. Simple community standards keep promotion useful, relevant and respectful—without turning the room into one long sales pitch.
Do I need a huge audience or an established business?
No. You need a genuine business, a willingness to contribute and a commitment to follow through. The room works when women arrive ready to receive support and offer meaningful support to others.
Does the name mean I will make £1 million?
No. The name represents the collective value of the introductions, ideas and opportunities created inside the room. Individual results depend on your business, offer, actions and follow-through.
What happens after the founding offer?
Founding membership is £10 per month for 72 hours. After the founding window closes, membership becomes £19.99 per month. Founding members keep their £10 rate for as long as their membership remains active.
Will there be in-person networking events?
Yes. Our vision is to create Top Women in Business networking events in cities around the world. We will begin introducing in-person events as the community grows, based on member locations, demand and suitable local hosts.
Can I host an event or become an affiliate?
We plan to introduce future opportunities for suitable members to host approved local networking events and earn commission by referring new members. These opportunities are not available yet. Full eligibility criteria, brand standards and affiliate terms will be shared when they officially open.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancelling stops all future renewal payments, and you will retain access until the end of your current paid billing period. Payments already processed are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
